Interior: Occasional light spotting and light soiling. Browning to front and rear pastedowns and endpapers. Browning of old tape repair to inside margin at front endpaper (later clear tape on top of this),  clear tape repair holding frontispiece in place, a few closed tears in places throughout.

Exterior: Publisher’s grey/olive boards 9(worn, price crossed through in felt tip pen). Tearing to bottom of the spine with minor loss. Some marks to covers, discolouration, and wear. Clear tape repair on inside at front endpaper holding the front board firmly on.
