Local Delivery and Store Pick Up

Local delivery is only available to the following postcodes: SE19*, SE20*, SE22*, SE23*, SE25*, SE26*, SE27*.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

We will not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

We will send you tracking numbers and shipping confirmation as applicable.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Nuckley Rare Books is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Nuckley Rare Books is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

Countries that are subject to sanctions

The UK Government’s dedicated sanctions website https://www.gov.uk/guidance/uk-sanctions provides useful information, including links to relevant information, published by the United Nations (UN) and the European Union (EU).

Over recent years these countries have included those listed below. However, the list changes and you should check a country’s status before ordering.

Afghanistan, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Burma (Myanmar), China, Democratic Republic of Congo, Egypt, Eritrea, Guinea-Bissau, Haiti, Iran, Iraq, Ivory Coast, Lebanon, Liberia, Libya, North Korea, Republic of Guinea (Conakry), Russia, Sierra Leone, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Tunisia and Zimbabwe.

Returns Policy

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

Additional non-returnable items:

* Items marked “SOLD AS SEEN”

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

* Book with obvious signs of use

* CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

* Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

In the event of a refund, where possible the value of the book at time of purchase will be refunded to the same credit or debit card account used to make the initial payment. If the customer paid in cash and is unable to travel to Crystal Palace, suitable arrangements will be made to the convenience of the customer.

Upon receipt of the returned item(s), Nuckley Rare Books will immediately make arrangements to process the refund. This should take between three and five working days to clear.

The item(s) should be returned to Nuckley Rare Books in the exact state that they were initially delivered. Nuckley Rare Books will cover the cost of the return of any items that have arrived not as described on our website. For all other items, the customer is expected to deliver the book back to us at their own expense.

Sale items (if applicable)

For sale items within 14 days from receiving them, for a full refund of amount paid on sale, excluding postage.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Nuckley Rare Books does not accept exchanges.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 76 Sylvan Road, London, SE19 2RZ, United Kingdom.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
