Interior: Foxing throughout, mainly to top corner of pages and to the fore-edges of the text block and in other places in the text, slight waviness to some of the plates.
Exterior: Full red, contemporary (or slightly later), calf, with ornate borders in gilt to upper board, and lower board with border tooled in blind (rubbing and wear).
