40pp. 3 hand-coloured engravings.

Interior: Light soiling to pages, occasional spotting. Possibly lacking a page of publisher’s adverts at the rear.

Exterior: Publisher’s tan wrappers (soiled, some creasing, chipping with loss, general wear).

16mo. London, Tabart and Co., 1804.

PROVENANCE: Previous owner’s inscription dated 1908 to verso of frontispiece.

RARE Georgian children’s juvenile chapbook, printed as part of Tabart’s Juvenile and School Library, a bookshop that was run by Benjamin Tabart (1767-1833)  at  157 New Bond Street, London producing books specifically for children.
