HARDY, Thomas. The Hand of Ethelberta. A Comedy In Chapters. (1923) with Thomas Hardy’s ‘A Laodicean A Story of Today’ (1923).
These two books are being sold as bindings, as they are interiorly defective, both lacking frontispieces. The Laodicean lacks its map, however they make great books for display and interior decoration.
Binding: Contemporary green half calf, dark red morocco title labels to spines, attractively lettered in gilt. General ConditionL Some wear, discolouration and staining to covers, otherwise an attractive show piece.
